Closed a ride 8 minutes before it was supposed to. Me and my friend wanted to ride the orange ride called “free fall” and some lifeguard in yellow that sounded like a girl but might have been a boy after we just wanted to ride the ride one last time threatened to take our season passes even though we didn’t have any. Not even kidding argued for a minute for being 5 seconds late and forced us off the ride leaving us without the rest of our friends. felt totally betrayed and i want my money back. Took an hour to get in because there were only 2 people that were at the front gate. The only part about it that was good was another lifeguard that was super chill named Kai.

FIRST TIME GOERS PLEASE READ: this park was fun but there is a lot that needs to be done. 1. Excessive fees. Yuck! You will spend roughly 45 dollars. 27 dollars for entrance fee. 10 dollars for parking, and 6 for a tub. YUCK... 2. Slipping on glass. We kept finding glass on the cement. That is a hazard and very frustrating. Walking barefoot can be hazardous especially when there is glass. But why is there glass on the cement? 3. Cost of tubs. WTF? 🤔The cost of tubs is 6 dollars. We did not know that. But now you do! Here is what happened; most rides require a tub or a mat. Some of the mat rides do not require a mat and you can go down just yourself. But we did not know that until you are half way up the stairs. So we go to get tubs with cash and the kid radios for change. The manager radios back stating they do not take cash. So we spent 30 minutes walking around trying to find a place to take cash until we learned they do not take cash only card. Yuck. How come that was not informed at the entrance verbally? TRAIN YOUR STAFF! here you go, I'll help you. " Good morning welcome to slash summit" is this your first time? No? Here is what you will need... Tubs... Food...cabana...etc" TRAIN YOUR STAFF. 4. Parking. Why am I paying for parking? It is 10 dollars for parking in the upper section. there is an upper and lower Parking to park at. But DO NOT PARK AT THE CHURCH. It is right above the upper parking. Your car will be towed. 4. Slippery cement. There was slippery cement everywhere. It is not just water but it felt slick. 5. Training staff. Please train your staff. A lot of your staff do not know what is going. Where is the first aid? Where do I buy tubs? Do I need cash? Direct traffic going to different lines for the slides. 7. The signs at the park suck. We get half way up the stairs and we realize that some slides that use mats don't need a mat and you can go down without a mat. That would have been nice to know that before climbing all those steps. 8. No outside food. What the heck... Again train your staff. That would have been nice to know before we brought our lunch. Water bottles is ok. So hide your food in your water bottles! 🤣 Other people posted that they paid 40 dollars for burgers. Yuck. 9. America first. One plus is that you can get discounts with America first. Look at pictures! READ THE SIGNS. 10. The Cabana. I recommend you DON'T do that. Go early, find shade and table. The lower cabana cost 150. That is the cheapest. So you are looking at almost 200 dollars for a day off fun... Is it worth it? 🤔 I'll let you decide.

We had fun (visiting for the first time). The lazy River was awesome. The slides looked fun. The kids area needed some love. It looked like it might have been updated a couple years ago. Might need a face lift or two. The wave pool was the most disappointing. It made waves for ten minutes and then you had to wait fifteen minutes for them to start again. Seems kind of silly to have to wait so long for waves that only last for so little time. We had fun and won't return to this location. Maybe salt lake has a better one.

Fun place to come with little ones. However, the cost for a cabana and what you get is kind of a rip. They are also sooo strict about how many people you can have at your cabana and how many tube and wristbands you can purchase when you have a cabana. The tube system is much better than it has been in the past. Plan on coming early on a Friday or weekend because once 11 rolls around, the lines get so long for all rides and then it’s not as worth it.
