a month ago1st visit. Parked at the end of the tennis courts. Nice hike on sandy trails. This will be a shady hike in the summer. Lots of birds and flora. Excellent facility.

5 months agoShadow is a great quiet park and very friendly place to be… they have everything from workout areas, Walking your dog, Basketball, tennis, volleyball, playgrounds, trails and much more a great place to relax and exercise! We go at least 2-3 times a week and we take our daughter to play Pokemon go while we get our exercise in… we’ve always made some friends along the way… not just for us but for our daughter as well and we enjoy coming here.

5 months agoOrange County’s most beautiful park If you’re going to litter don’t come. Acres of nature with lots of walkways and trails to enjoy, not to mention a resort-like tennis center and facilities, programs and personnel, lakes, a baseball field, 4 basketball courts, a NEW volleyball center!, many covered picnic shelters, a huge children’s playground, a fitness circuit, spotless and safe bathrooms — and resurfaced tennis and basketball courts, roads and parking! Shawn Summerville and his team are attentive to upkeep but bowing down to a tennis tournament volunteer’s demands were scary. Newsflash to tennis volunteers and players- you don’t own the road and parking lot.

a year agoNice park to bring the kids. They also have several tennis courts, a few basketball courts, two ponds to fish and at least a mile or so worth of walking trails.

2 years agoWhat a nice park and playground! They have a lot of amenities like baseball fields, basketball courts, walking trails, grills, and pavilions. The area is well taken care of and has a nice woodland reserve to enjoy. The playground is tucked way in the back of the park, and can be a little tricky to find. The signage could be better especially with the construction blocking the main road to the playground. The playground did have a lot of equipment to play on with two age specific areas in addition to swings. I like that it was shady and had a huge pavilion close by with a drinking water fountain.
