SSF started with a great vision of a supportive place where kids develop as leaders and athletes. Karlie and Malcolm continue to lead SSF and support youth. Their coaching practices build on strengths, positivity and teamwork. They care deeply for these kids and it’s really fun to see them grow into confident young people. This organization is so underrated and is a gem of shoreline.

Our family loves SSF! We have been supporters of the organization since its inception, and all three of our children (two now in college, one in middle school) have benefited from involvement in the "Youth Leadership" program, as well as attending many of their "Outdoor Adventures" and other fun events. In addition, our youngest has trained with Malcolm Rosier-Butler, who is an enthusiastic and expert basketball coach and trainer. Top to bottom, a high quality team, each of whom truly cares about the kids in our community.

Both of my children have participated with SSF during summer camps, as well as on winter and spring basketball teams. SSF runs one of the most well rounded sports and community programs in the area. Not only will your student/child grow in their skills, but they will find role models in the coaches and student leaders, develop encouraging friendships and have fun! Grateful to have this organization part of our community.

Keith and the team at SSF have consistently impressed us with their passion for community, diversity, and youth. Our kids have been involved in a number of their programs and we have greatly appreciated their positive approach and focus on teaching both athletics and character. Having spent time with their student leaders as well, SSF's positive impact on youth and our community seems to speak for itself. Keep up the good work guys!

I discovered SSF about three years ago from my son's friend's mom who signed up with them to do the ultimate Frisbee camp. We signed up for their basketball clinic and have been going since. In fact now my son volunteers to help with the young ballers clinic. My favorite part is hearing the shout outs at the end of each session. The kids learn how to be supportive of each other. They also go out and provide community service, whether at Ronald McDonald's house or serving food to the homeless. Definitely a great place for kids to be a part of (and hang out at).
