a week agoI recently had my son GOLDEN birthday there. It was great. But I noticed an extra 100$ was taken off my card from there, I contacted them and they said because I was still cleaning up the room that I had to be charged and it’s there policy. I had the room from 4-7 I done cleaning by 727pm. No one was coming after because the place was closing I would stick to maple grove community center there price is cheaper & their more realistic. The managers at Shakopee did not care whatsoever. But my son had a great time. Never again! MY 1st and last TIME I DONT RECOMMEND. Other then the parks and visiting I wouldn’t do business there or if you do I will plan lightly so it wouldn’t be so much to just pack and go. I felt rushed & unsupported

3 weeks agoHosted a birthday party a few years ago here and it was a great experience. We have also done swim lessons and played in the pool here. I will say, in the last few years the price increase has been quite hefty... However, if you have the money to spend, it's a pretty fun, albeit busy place to spend some time!

2 years agoWe spent the day here today for the 1st time. I didn't know that you only had to pay one time for all the things. We did an hour at the indoor play ground and both my boys 10 and 6 loved it. Than we went swimming, are and played basketball. I didn't get any pictures of the inside because I had my phone in the car but they did have free lockers big enough for your phone and wallet by the check in desk. They also had big lockers you could use if you brought a lock. They have a amazing outdoor park and a skateboard park too. They have food like pizza $12, pulled pork sandwiches $5, hot dogs $3.50, cheeseburger and chicken strips $5 and lots and lots of snacks like cookies, muffins, crackers and beef sticks. All reasonably priced

a year agoGreat community center, the whole place is nice and clean. It’s got all the amenities you could want, gym (14+), snack bar with lots of candy, large room for events, and more. The pool is very big and can also be used for laps when not being used for community swimming. It’s got a nice fast water slide with different options where you can pick music and lights - ( music is not audible) but slide is still fun. On a Saturday during spring break the pool is VERY busy.

a year agoWhat a fun community center! Huge outdoor playground. Indoor pool with water slide, basketball court, exercise equipment, and reasonably priced hot food. We came for a birthday party in one of the many available rooms and the kids had fun. Wish this place was closer to my home, we would be here all the time!
