"Very unprofessional staff. Stacy, whom is the coordinator was not able to answer simple questions I had without a sarcastic attitude. In their form it states kitchen for additional $25, I was inquiring Room 10, one of my questions was, is the kitchen available for the additional $25 and what does that include, her response “did you even read the fine print” could she just not simply reply, a simple No the kitchen is not available for that room? Very rude. She sends the contract information days late as according to her, it got lost in her email. Them is emailing and calling because immediately"
