"I am writing to express my concern regarding the billing and membership cancellation issues I have been facing at your Alba Moro Road location. In January, I visited the YMCA office to put my membership on hold for three months due to my overseas travel plans. At that time, I was not informed that there would be any charges during this hold period, nor was I made aware of any fees that would continue to be charged to my credit card. "Always enjoy this YMCA. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The basketball courts have been redone and look amazing. The weight room has a good selection of weights and machines as well as cardio machines. I have attended a couple of classes and the instructors provide great instruction."
