My son loves this place and I do too. New owners, cleaner environment, very reasonable prices for membership currently and food too. Wish they had more basketball individual hoops & another court for the younger kids. Otherwise plenty of other things time jump around on. Chris the event Coordinator is very friendly & knowledgeable. Great place, thank you!

The more I come here, the worse the experience gets. From the lack of experienced staff, to being understaffed (which means the various areas aren’t being monitored) to the uncleanliness, to the NOW today, they had the nerve to not have pizza. They didn’t make any of the paying customers aware before taking payment, that they didn’t have pizza. Give customers a choice to still jump but make alternative arrangements for their children to eat. Or at least, offer an alternative for your PAYING customers! The fact that the staff knew they didn’t have pizza, which is, like every other kid-friendly place, is a major selling point for children/families. They could’ve had the courtesy to inform customers of what they we were walking into. On top of that the staff seemed to have an “oh well” type of attitude. I came with a large party of children and asked if we could at least bring pizza in. They said it would be a $50 charge for outside food. REALLY!???? It’s not that many people in here, my group was basically their customers. I feel today, out of any day, since it’s their mishap, should’ve waved that fee. Me personally, I won’t be returning and as most know, word of mouth is a major and effective way of communication, I will be telling others to find other kid-friendly places because this place is not what it used to be. I won’t be returning!!

Exceptional food, great customer service clean and only safe activities were available to prevent any injuries. Staff always walked around to check on guests to make sure everyone stayed safe and equipment was functioning appropriately! Best of all the mozzarella sticks were stretchy

Lots of fun, chill and reasonable staff. Monthly fee for a membership is less than one visit per month. The kids always have a great time.

I've had my sons birthday party hear for the last 5 years. The party's have always gone great in my opinion. The place is filthy and it's normally a bunch of kids working but I don't mind that tbh. Today was different. The old lady that was managing was extremely weird. My guests and I had gone up to the counter to order food separate from the party with our own personal cards. This lady came into the room and basically told me that if I needed to order anything I needed to ask my server. So party guests are not allowed to go and order food at the counter on their own? I'm extremely confused by that. Also, the server was not in the room at all which I didn't expect him to be. I've had 5 parties here and never once have I had a person in the room serving the food or even coming to check on us. Also my son has never received the "birthday gift" that's included in every party package I've ever purchased.
