"This place is completely unsafe and unsanitary. The bathrooms are terrible as well. I mean doors off stalls and all! There’s no supervision, the teenagers literally take over the dodgeball, foam pit, basketball area the free jump space. Even some areas they had open were partially open. So the just roped off what couldn’t be used. Because there was no supervision, the kids would use the broken areas anyway. This establishment is also under construction so you lose 3-4 areas because of it. It takes an hour and a half to get your complete order (pizza and wings). Our drinks literally had chlorin"

"My kids were here for a sports clinic. When I arrived I immediately noticed a layer of dirt on the entire place. I saw foam pits with nasty dirty foam. Nasty dirty balls. This is pink eye waiting to happen to a concerned mother. There were attractions down. The kitchen didn’t look clean enough to feed an animal let alone a child. There was dirt and trash inside the ice cream cooler. The arcade was nice and the kids enjoy the trampolines but a thorough cleaning should fix the issue. I’ve also smelled sewage near the kitchen. Overall the place is a little bit run down. Besides the trampolines it"

"I've been to Sky Zone several times with my kids and used to really enjoy the experience, but unfortunately, our last couple of visits have been very disappointing. The facility doesn’t seem to be maintained the way it once was—most noticeably, the floors were dirty, which is not only unpleasant but also a safety concern. The snack stand was another frustration. It was closed for random stretches with no explanation, making it hard to get food or drinks when the kids needed a break. On top of that, when we finally did get drinks, they were served with no ice—and then we were charged almost $5"
