"Luke and Aaliyah were great at helping during our party. Staff at party check in was helpful and friendly. Downside was how crowded the place was. I have been at least 10 times and never seen it so crowded. Apparently that is normal for weekends now according to one worker, but maybe they shouldn’t book so many party’s overlapping to decrease the crowds jumping. Also there was very limited seating for parents."

"This trampoline park is amazing. My kids enjoyed it so much! Staff is wonderful. They greet you and explain everything so well for first timers. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent customer service! They were ultra helpful in helping us set up for my son's birthday party yesterday. He and his friends had a great time jumping and playing in the facility. My son and his friends really enjoyed being there and then having the pizza and refreshments afterwards. I am very happy with all the assistance we had from Marco, Brennan and the rest of the staff. From setting up the tables, helping us decorate, to bringing out the food, water and soft drinks, their top package was worth the price! Highly recommended! If teenagers can have such a great time in a fun an"
