Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Went to the KC Kansas location. Workers would not open some of the attractions because it was too close to closing time and they needed to clean. We had reservations from 6:30 to 8pm. The attractions even have signs that say they open at 7:30. I asked a worker and she responded that they were open earlier. I spoke with the manager at 7:35 asking when they would open them. He told me he can’t make that happen and he needs his employees to clean. So we paid full price admissions for half price services. If you’re not going to offer the full park past a certain time then don’t offer later reservations at full price. We will NOT be attending this rip off again. Do not waste your money on a place like this. Urban Air is where we will be attending in the future.

The staff was great, the place was clean and well maintained. We attended a birthday party here and enjoyed it. As a parent, you can stand on the steps or ramp in the middle area and be able to watch more than one kid which is nice when you’re there without your spouse with numerous kiddos. The food is what you’d expect for kids parties lol.

Awful customer service and pricey. Forced to buy their $10 socks. The monthly fee is the same price as a one day pass, so I opted for that not realizing it was recurring. When I contacted them to get it reversed when I realized I continued to be charged, they wouldn't refund the 2 additional months I was charged even thought I hadn't been there. We will not be going to this rip off again.

Fun place for kids and adults who love the trampoline, basketball and obstacle course type play. They also have a gaming area, snacks and comfortable seating for those who wanna take rest while the children jump to their hearts content. The first hour was $20 but if you want their 90 minute package out was only $4 more, there were other packages but I didn't take note of those prices. You can buy jumping socks there at a pretty reasonable price with several designs to choose from.

We usually go to Urban Air but accidentally went to this place instead. The kids had a lot of fun and I got the message chair I was hoping for! I will say I had to go find out how to purchase the card to be able to load money onto the card and then swipe that card for the chair to work. Then it cost $1 to activate and only $10,$20 loading options, and the chair itself was $5 each. So I thought if I did the $10 option, my husband and I could both do the chairs but then it took $1 so I only got $9 loaded on the card…. So I ended up spending another $10 so he could sit in the chair too. But it worked out, was just annoying for the first few minutes.
