Fun for the kids, they will be tired after the 90 minutes of playing on all the bouncing things. They also have a wall climbing area, but the huge slide and hang and drop for kids over 4 1/2 feet tall was a lot of fun for them as well. It is clean ish on the surface but like all the indoor playgrounds it needs a deep clean.

We went to Sky Zone and had an absolutely great experience! One of the first things I noticed was how incredibly clean the facility was. I watched the staff closely and was impressed by how thoroughly they wiped down and sanitized everything — even the stair rails and high-touch areas. It gave me a lot of confidence in the safety and care they put into maintaining the space. The staff was also amazing with the kids — they were so patient, friendly, and encouraging. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed working with children and wanted everyone to have a good time. My kids had an absolute blast! They couldn’t get enough of the giant slide, the zip line, and of course, all the trampolines for jumping around. It was the perfect combination of exercise and fun. We’re already looking forward to going back!

Excellent, fun. Did you know they have monthly memberships for just $5.00 more than the regular day pass. Hour pass. But this you can go all month $31. Memberships get deals on everything too.

**UPDATE** Management reached out the next day and corrected the problem by offering to have us come back at no cost for a better experience. They also offered a full refund. As for the marketing, it is clear on the site specific website that they do not offer the sky park at that location. There is also nothing in regards to the 4 & Under Admission listed on the main site. We will be giving them another chance as it was a very busy day when we visited and staff was overwhelmed. **Original Review** They advertise the Sky Park being open and it is not. My 10 year old was let down. The staff basically harassed me about standing close to or on the same trampoline as my 2 and 3 year old children, in an attempt to protect them, while teenagers were jumping on the same trampolines as them and bouncing them all over the place without even a care or correction from the staff. We were told that an Elite membership came with passes, socks, and t-shirts, but were charged for the socks and no t-shirts. Lastly, their website says children under 4 are no cost and we had to pay $32 each for the two under 4. I reached out to resolve the matter as we left less than an hour into being there. I would not waste my time or money here. Too strict for parents and not strict enough on younger guests for littles to be safe. And yes, I understand it can be hard as staff in these kind of environments, but it’s not hard to see the difference between a protective parent and a kid not paying attention.

This is a smaller trampoline park in comparison to other parks in the city. They charge $5 for a pair of socks which a customer must buy. We got one and by the time we came home, the socks looked like it had been worn many times. Cheap quality socks. It is a way of fetching money from the customer. So if you are a family with three or four kids, your first $20 is gone in buying socks which you can easily buy from outside from a much cheaper price. Not going here again.
