💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Confirm the current grip sock policy directly with management or staff upon arrival, as it has been reported to be inconsistently enforced.
- →If you encounter issues with staff behavior or inconsistent rule application, try to get specific names or descriptions for reporting, as one manager was noted for hiding his name tag.
- →Consider this venue for children's birthday parties, as the staff assigned to parties received high praise for patience and fun.
- →Be prepared for the cost, which some initially find 'expensive' but ultimately deem 'worth it' for the activity and experience.
Things to Consider
- ⚠A specific male manager (with arm tattoos, reportedly hid his name tag) was accused of harassing, following, and yelling aggressively at an 11-year-old and other children, making them feel uncomfortable and sad.
- ⚠This manager allegedly enforced rules inconsistently, kicking specific children out of the foam pit for 'too many people' while others remained, and denying the use of personal grip socks despite the website policy.
- ⚠The facility's cleanliness was questioned, with a report of it being 'kinda dirty with sock wrappers and foam pieces everywhere.'
- ⚠Inconsistent application of rules and policies (e.g., foam pit capacity, grip sock policy) by some staff members, leading to frustration.
Price & Value
Initially perceived as 'expensive' by some parents, but the 'great, wholesome, exercise based super fun' is often viewed as a worthwhile investment, offering better value than 'amusement parks' for physical activity. However, some still note that the experience is 'not cheap.' Specific dollar amounts are not provided in the reviews.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs
- •No specific accessibility accommodations mentioned in the reviews.
🍎Food & Drink Policy
- •No specific information about food and drink policies (e.g., outside food, on-site cafe) mentioned in the reviews.
🚗Parking Info
- •No specific information about parking facilities mentioned in the reviews.
👥Crowd Levels
- •The park can get crowded enough in popular areas like the foam pit for staff to enforce capacity limits, though this enforcement may be inconsistent.
🛡️Safety Features
- •Staff members actively monitor play areas (e.g., dodgeball court) and interact with children, which implies a level of supervision for safety.
- •However, inconsistent rule enforcement and aggressive staff behavior in certain instances raise concerns about the consistency of safety protocols and a welcoming environment for all children.
⏰When to Avoid
- • If your family is particularly sensitive to aggressive staff behavior, inconsistent rule enforcement, or a potentially unwelcoming atmosphere (specifically due to issues with the described male manager).
- • If strict cleanliness standards are a top priority for you, as one review mentioned 'sock wrappers and foam pieces everywhere.'

2 months agoTook two of my grandchildren here, maybe a year or so ago. I happen to be a cheapskate, and about fell over seeing how expensive it was. But it totally won me over! If you think about the absurdity of spending on amusement parks, and how stupid of an expenditure that is, compared to the great, wholesome, exercise based super fun of Sky Zone, there's no comparison. Bring every kid to this place. Hold your kid's parties here! Have I raved enough?! Seriously... Cheapskate to Believer

a week agoI’ve been to other skyzones and this is my least favorite yet, the male manager with the arm tattoos keep harassing us for a while he kinda followed us around the place. Made us feel uncomfortable, he also kicked my little sister and cousin out the foam pit due to “too many people” but they were there first and deep in the pit, he didn’t wanna hear it and still kicked them out which sucks because we payed to be here and it’s not cheap. The other employees were okay and the place was kinda dirty with sock wrappers and foam pieces everywhere. I couldn’t get his name because he kept hiding his name tag, but he has both arms tattooed if that can identify him kept harassing us and following us around yelling at us to get off of the trampolines and out of the foam pit due to there being so many people, and when my little sister and cousin were in the foam pit it was only two of them. His grown self started yelling at my 11-year-old sister and cousin to “GET OUT” the pit with no reason told to them until I went up to him to ask why are they getting kicked out and he told me “due to too many people”. Mind you there were about 8 other kids in the foam pit that he could’ve asked to get out when they were in there first and he only made my people get out everyone else stayed in there, no one else was told to get out. He kept telling us we couldn’t do stuff when everyone else there was doing the same, including him telling me I couldn’t wear my own grip socks when on the website. It clearly tells you, you can bring your own grip socks. He was being very aggressive especially when he told my sister and cousin to get out they felt really uncomfortable and sad after that. We were just there to have a good time and he made it sour. I’m not one to usually complain, but his behavior was out of context, and I don’t believe he should be in a superior position if he’s gonna act like a dictator towards children

a week agoSanti was so wonderful tonight. He very clearly explained all the benefits of the different memberships to me. He was so polite and through it really helped me to decide on what was best for my family and I. My kids had such a great time and got out lots of energy. We can not wait to go back!!

a month agoThe workers here displayed kindness and care towards the little ones which I really appreciated. We had a birthday party here and Robin was assigned to our group, she was very patient and fun with the girls! Mei also helped us out, very sweet girl. Both of these workers went above and beyond to provide the absolute best customer service. Thank you ladies 🤗
