About Sky Zone Trampoline Park

This Sky Zone location offers a variety of trampoline-based activities including slides and trapeze areas, and a dedicated play zone for children under 48 inches tall. While some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance have been noted post-renovation, significant and recurring issues with general facility upkeep, safety, management, and customer service for events make it a risky choice for families.

Insider tips

  • Consider visiting during off-peak times, as Saturday and Sunday afternoons are extremely crowded and have major parking issues.
  • If planning to visit more than once a month, purchasing a pass may be cost-effective.
  • For birthday parties, thoroughly confirm all package inclusions upon arrival and immediately address any missing items, as follow-up from management is unreliable.
  • Carefully review the bill, especially suggested gratuity for party packages, as it may be misleadingly calculated on the entire package cost for minimal service.

Good to know before you go

  • Saturday and Sunday afternoons due to extreme crowding and parking difficulties.
  • If a clean, well-managed, and consistently safe environment with professional staff is a top priority, as these issues are frequently reported.
  • If hosting a birthday party and expecting all VIP package items to be delivered as promised, or robust customer service.
  • If you have very young children and are concerned about unsupervised older children/teens.
  • Pervasive issues with facility cleanliness: dirty floors, trash everywhere, dirty restrooms, old/torn/dirty equipment.
Crowds
Extremely crowded on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Value
A pass is noted as 'worth it if you plan to go more than once per month,' suggesting individual visits can be expensive. However, VIP birthday packages have failed to deliver promised items (water bottles, shirts, future passes), leading to poor value. Suggested gratuity calculations for parties are misleading, leading to overpaying for minimal service. There are also reports of teens using facilities without paying, which detracts from the value for paying customers.
Food
Birthday party packages include food (e.g., pizzas) and drinks.
Accessibility
Staff are accommodating to injuries, offering ice and a wheelchair when a child hurt his ankle.
Safety
Concerns about safety are significant: lack of supervision for big kids, no monitoring or warning systems, 'useless' security, and unpaying teens running around.

"Today I visited Sky Zone with my 2 kids, and was thoroughly disappointed. The facility was dirty everywhere, with no apparent effort to maintain cleanliness. The employees seemed unprofessional and disinterested, often too busy chatting with each other to attend to customers. The lack of management was striking, with big kids running around unsupervised and potentially putting smaller children at risk. There was no monitoring or warning system in place to prevent accidents. The equipment and play areas looked old, torn, and dirty, which made me feel unhygienic and unsafe. Overall, my experience "

"This place needs a make over and NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! The attractions are broken and not well taken care of. Trash everywhere, dirty restrooms, big groups of teens just randomly walking in and using the facility without paying no wrist bands or nothing(They weren’t part of a party) then they are running around, play fighting and shouting gang names. Security doesn’t tell them nothing they are useless. Employees jumping/standing on counters like animals. Would not recommend this location. Night of 08/25/24"

"Went for a birthday party and the kids enjoyed the different activities. My son did hurt himself (no fault on the location he is an active kid and hurt his ankle while jumping) the staff was very helpful and got him ice right away, he had difficulty walking and we were offered the use of a wheelchair many times. Later on several other people offered to get us more ice during our stay. We plan on returning again sometime when he heals up. The birthday party room was clean."
