💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →If considering a monthly membership, thoroughly understand the auto-renewal policy and the specific steps required for cancellation (e.g., potentially needing to create an account in-store).
- →Visit on weekdays (e.g., Thursdays) for a less crowded and more relaxed experience.
- →Do not rely solely on phone calls to verify operating hours or special events; check their website or social media for potential closures or limited access due to private events or field trips.
- →A monthly pass (e.g., $30) is cheaper than a single all-day pass ($35), making it a better value if you plan to visit more than once a month.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Frequent issues with customer service, including unresponsive phone lines, unanswered emails, and reports of rude staff interactions.
- ⚠Lack of clear communication regarding operating hours and unexpected closures or limited access due to unannounced field trips or private events.
- ⚠Difficulties with membership billing, including automatic renewals that are not clearly communicated and a complicated cancellation process (requiring in-store account creation).
- ⚠No direct contact number for customer support, making it frustrating to resolve billing or service issues.
- ⚠Previous concerns about inconsistent equipment maintenance, such as insufficient foam in the toddler court area and old ropes (though some replacements have been noted).
Price & Value
A monthly 'all you can jump' Elite pass costs $30, which is significantly cheaper than a single all-day pass priced at $35. This offers excellent value for families planning to visit more than once a month. However, be vigilant about automatic renewals, as passes can renew for substantial amounts (e.g., $131 mentioned), and cancellation processes can be obscure and difficult.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs

🍎Food & Drink Policy
- •No specific policy mentioned regarding outside food or on-site food options.
🚗Parking Info
- •No specific parking information available from reviews.
👥Crowd Levels
- •Relatively quiet on weekdays, specifically noted as empty on Thursdays.
- •Can experience increased crowds or restricted access during scheduled field trips (e.g., 9-11:30 AM) and private events (e.g., 1-3 PM).
🛡️Safety Features
- •Active efforts to improve safety with new equipment, such as new ropes and obstacles, which are noted to make the facility safer for everyone, especially little ones.
- •Previous concerns about maintenance (e.g., insufficient foam in toddler areas, old ropes) suggest that while improvements are being made, parental vigilance may still be warranted.
⏰When to Avoid
- • Arriving without checking for unannounced closures or limited access due to field trips (e.g., 9-11:30 AM) or private events (e.g., 1-3 PM).
- • Expecting responsive customer service for billing disputes, membership cancellations, or general inquiries, as phone and email support are often unresponsive.
- • Purchasing passes or memberships without fully understanding the auto-renewal terms to prevent unexpected charges (e.g., $131 for a renewal).
- • Weekends or peak hours if you prefer a less crowded environment, unless specific quiet zones are available.

a week agoThis place is ran by alot of kids and the associates do not inform you properly on services. I decided to take my son and his cousins there on March 17. The associates told me she signed me up for th one day pass, because it was going to be the same amount that I paid that day. I told her ok and she told me they had a month to jump free and it expired on its own. Which would've been April 16, on the 16th I was charge again 131. I called the store numerous of times no one answers. I get to the store another associates says, I'm not sure why she didn't tell you it renew on its on. Then she ask did I create an account because that's how you have to cancel it. The young lady didn't even mention anything about a account creation. She created me ana account to cancel it in-store. She grabs another young lady in the office to give me an email to explain the situation. There is no direct number to contact and the email people do not respond. I think this is ridiculous to have a company that you can't even get in contact with when you spend your money here.

3 months agostaff was very helpful. It was relatively empty on a Thursday. Highly recommend buying the monthly elite pass vs a one day pass. An all day pass is $35 and $30 for a monthly all you can jump 🤷🏻♂️. Remember to cancel it if you don't want want to pay monthly.

4 months agoHorrible Customer Service! Today is my daughter’s birthday and since we are Elite members I figured it would be a great chance to take her to the park today. I called yesterday to verify the times, but no one answered. When we got there this morning there was a note on the front door for a field trip from9-11:30. I’m not sure if both doors were locked, but at least one ways and the sign insinuated that it was not open for other members due to the field trip. Therefore, we decided to grab lunch and come back. When we got back there was ANOTHER NEW note on the door for a private event from 1-3pm. The guy at the front desk was very rude about it. He said that we could have come in morning but why have a note on the door for field trips if members can still jump without stating that? We will not be renewing our membership going forward. We have had at least 4 birthday parties here as well. Never again. On the bright side, when we called Sky Zone Metairie and told them our situation they were very nice and offered to see if they could honor our membership at their location given the horrible customer service at the New Orleans location. We definitely will be taking our business to that location from now on!

a month agoGood way to burn off some of your kid's energy. Good exercise. Good variety of activities. Definitely worth getting the membership if you go more than once a month.

a year ago4/5 update - I noticed the changes, new ropes, and new obstacles! Thank you, thank you!!!! As a consistent member, I appreciate the improvements. The new ropes make it more safe for everyone to enjoy, especially the little ones. I'm still patiently waiting on more balls in the toddler court area 😆 Old review: We've been a member for over 6 months. However, I feel that their should be more balls or foam in the first level of the toddler court area. The other side has more balls - so I'd like to see the same on both sides. My toddler enjoys flipping, and I'd hate to see the injury if she accidentally slips. Also, id like to see the other obstacles fixed - the rope needs to be replaced. It can easily pop while someone is on there. That's another area my kids enjoy. Thank you. My kids love it here nonetheless, which is why I faithfully pay the membership, but as a mom I can't help but to notice this.
