"This place is ran by alot of kids and the associates do not inform you properly on services. I decided to take my son and his cousins there on March 17. The associates told me she signed me up for th one day pass, because it was going to be the same amount that I paid that day. I told her ok and she told me they had a month to jump free and it expired on its own. Which would've been April 16, on the 16th I was charge again 131. "staff was very helpful. It was relatively empty on a Thursday. Highly recommend buying the monthly elite pass vs a one day pass. An all day pass is $35 and $30 for a monthly all you can jump 🤷🏻♂️. Remember to cancel it if you don't want want to pay monthly."

"Horrible Customer Service! Today is my daughter’s birthday and since we are Elite members I figured it would be a great chance to take her to the park today. I called yesterday to verify the times, but no one answered. When we got there this morning there was a note on the front door for a field trip from9-11:30. I’m not sure if both doors were locked, but at least one ways and the sign insinuated that it was not open for other members due to the field trip. Therefore, we decided to grab lunch and come back. When we got back there was ANOTHER NEW note on the door for a private event from 1-3pm"
