It is assumed that when you sign up for a franchise like the gyms you can go to any one. Well, I arrived and there was no one to check. I had to wait and my son took off his shoes, excited to play. Someone arrived to check. I showed him the membership and he wasn't there. Then he tells me that it only works where I paid in Lakeland and that I couldn't play here. I had to pay the monthly fee again. Really, what a d"

"The staff didn't explain anything to me at check-in. The chic that checked us in didn't bother to tell us anything about the place. Just scanned the barcode from my online confirmation. I had to ask what to do next, being my first time coming here how would I know. I don't know what's what. My son enjoyed himself, though. It's smaller than the one we have been to in Tennessee. The cost was $38.99 plus tax for 2.5 hour time. Not crowded on this day."
