3 months agoKids had fun but food is horrible. Pre-cooked finger and fries in a case without a heat lamp? Food was ice cold I couldn’t bare to have my kids eat it, they struggled with the cold fries. Waste of $9 for a meal!

8 months agoSaturday from 9:30-11 is the best time for young kids. Little leapers is fun for little kids and toddlers because bigger kids are going to bounce on top of them. There’s not too many people at this time either. Various balls were out there to play with and even 2 mascot characters (pay patrol) came walking out to greet kids for a few minutes. ⭐️🍪Where is it?? This Sky Zone is hidden in the back of the shopping complex all on its own. Our kids said this was the “best day ever” as they climbed and jumped on one thing after the next. There are so many options to choose from. Check this site out!

a month agoAfter filling out waiver and waiting in line they refused to let me pay with a gift card. We buy a large gift card at Christmas time and have been using it for months and doing this for years at many locations over the years and have never been told they cannot accept their own sky zone gift cards. It wouldn't even work online for their website. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to pile my kids in the car and go to Maple Shade where they easily accepted them without issue except for the fact that this location is now over an hour from home. It's unacceptable to sell gift cards and then stop accepting them. It's robbery making the money we already handed over to you useless.

2 weeks agoThis place is so unorganized. They have Kids watching Kids smh. Kids running, fighting, pushing and jumping on other little kids. Table where filth. Had to ask the girls at the front of they was ever going to get cleaned. Then of course they started to clean the tables off. Straight Nasty

11 months agoSuper great experience for the kids! We take our kids here often so they can burn off some energy! The 90 min jump normally does the trick, but you can choose however much time you want, minimum 30 minutes. They have obstacle courses, foam block pits, and trampolines everywhere! They have a cute kiddy section that is perfect for the small jumpers. The cool trampoline basketball courts are there for kids to feel like they are skywalking. They have the huge block pit that kids can jump and dive into as well! The staff there will bug you about the rules, just be nice and abide by them. They are simply doing their jobs. The foam block pits WILL LEAVE YOUR KIDS CLOTHES PEEZY AND FUZZY! If they wear nice clothes there because of a party, do yourself a favor and bring a change of clothes that they normally play in. There are no good options available but Sky Zone is in the NE section of Philadelphia so there are plenty of spots to eat at. There is a Nifty Fifties not far from Sky Zone, and you can find plenty of other eating establishments.
