"It’s fun for kids but stressful for parents. In the play areas there is zero supervision. Kids are just sitting and jumping on/in everything. No staff are there to give order to areas that should have lines. And the staff working at the front all looked extremely young and disinterested in much other than probably finishing their shift. Also, It’s loud af in there but that’s to be expected. Couldn’t even hear the person 2 feet away from my face trying to speak to me. Very echo-y. It’s also very stuffy inside. Must be a great place to catch something. Hope I didn’t. Zero masks if anyone"

We spent most of our time on the slides, and even though the staff closed them for the last 30 minutes, we asked if they could reopen them—and Yahil kindly did! Huge shoutout to Alex and Kaitlyn at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. One of the best moments was watching my nephew con"

"It is fun for the kids, BUT here me out: The equipment desperately needs cleaning. The restroom condition is horrible every time we go, and it is far from acceptable . The front desk staff are nice, but no one is enforcing the obvious safety rules. For example, late teens play carelessly in toddler sections, and I had to get involved several times just to save my kids' lives. Again, my kids love this place, but we had to cancel our membership."
