"Seems to have been a nice place at one point, but during my time with my family there, the seating area was dirty, employees that were supposed to to be supervising certain locations were playing. The trampoline sections were closed, the bathrooms are in need of maintenance. This establishment has the potential or had but needs an overhaul to bring it back to its glory days. Those that are just standing behind the counter with headphones on should be redirected to be more proactive around the place, to at least keep the area clean."

"Liked the fact that it was open earlier than the one on Carmia way. The trampolines were down for renovations so that sucked as we were here to be busy for a birthday (not a party). Staff was cool. Discount was applied due to lack of activities."

"Birthday girl had a great time. Quite the daredevil at 5 years old. But you do need an elevator for older and disabled people. We struggled to get her great aunt up the stairs."
