"First time there with my kids and let me tell you the facility is unsanitary with ice cream stained and smears all over the floors and other sticky surfaces in which my son walked on soaking his skyzone socks! Was so disappointing, as for food theirs only candy and drinks not much of a menu. Iv been attending the Dublin ca branch which they keep very clean and are on top of their routine making sure all guest are respectful respecting the rules and are being safe while enjoying the visit as well as their manager Craig be on top of things making all guest happy and satisfied. "Fun way to kill a couple hours and burn energy. The whole place felt clean and taken care of. Some wear and tear but with how rough kids play and the range of people I can't fault them. I wish the giant slides were open. We rented a party room and it's basic but the staff were friendly and it worked out in the end."
