💡Pro Tips from Reviews

Things to Consider
- ⚠Extremely loud speakers pose a serious safety risk to children's hearing; ears were still ringing the next day for some visitors.
- ⚠Significant cleanliness issues throughout the venue, including dirty floors (unswept/unmopped), filthy toddler areas, and uncleaned eating tables.
- ⚠Understaffing is prevalent, with many attractions being unmanned and only one to two attendants observed, leading to unsupervised play.
- ⚠No apparent occupancy limit, resulting in dangerous overcrowding and chaotic conditions.
- ⚠Staff (predominantly teenage boys) are often inattentive, playful, and fail to enforce rules, contributing to rough play and safety hazards.
- ⚠Poor food quality: overcooked/crispy fries, cold pizza that was reheated instead of replaced, making it crispier.
- ⚠Billing inaccuracies: tickets bought in advance were not scanned properly, leading to double payment; overcharged at the food station.
- ⚠Poor customer service: difficulty in locating managers, staff described as having poor skills and lack of attentiveness.
- ⚠Understocked items, such as cups, forcing customers to pay for larger drinks.
- ⚠Refunds for food issues were denied.
Price & Value
The perceived value is highly variable. One family found prices 'weren't as bad as they seem for the amount of fun everyone had' when focusing on the activity itself. However, other parents felt they 'wasted money' and that 'for what I paid it should have been much much better' due to poor cleanliness, service, safety issues, and food quality. Specific issues included paying twice for tickets and being overcharged for food combos. No specific pricing was mentioned beyond these incidents, but the overall experience often did not justify the cost for many.

👥Crowd Levels
- •Can become extremely and dangerously crowded, with no apparent limits on occupancy reported.
- •Understaffing exacerbates crowd management issues, leading to chaos and unenforced rules.
🛡️Safety Features
- •**Lack of safety features:** Frequently understaffed, leading to unmanned attractions and a lack of rule enforcement by teenage attendants.
- •**Safety concerns:** Dangerous overcrowding, rough play between children (requiring parental intervention), and extremely loud speakers posing hearing damage risks.
- •A waiver is required to be signed before entry, but this did not reassure reviewers about the actual safety conditions.
- •Concerns were raised about potential serious injuries due to neglect.
⏰When to Avoid
- • Families with preschoolers-elementary aged children, due to significant safety concerns from overcrowding, unenforced rules, and rough play.
- • If you are highly sensitive to extremely loud noise or are concerned about potential hearing damage for children.

2 weeks agoFun for the kids to jump and great exercise! I took one star off because the place needs to be cleaned better I took 2 stars off because the speakers were so loud our ears are still ringing the next day. This is not safe for children at all. Children shouldn't experience hearing damage after visiting. My advice to others is to bring noise cancelling headphones to prevent permanent hearing loss.

2 months agoI bought tickets in advance but the cashier didn't scan it properly so I paid out of pocket again and she couldn’t print a receipt. 2nd issue I encountered at the food station I was over charged I asked for 1 combo and 1 individual item but was charged for 2 combos instead. My fries with the chicken tender combo were over cooked and crispy making it hard for my toddler to eat them. My pizza was served cold in the center when I gave it back they reheated the pizza making it crispier instead of making a fresh pizza. When I asked for a refund they denied it and said they couldn’t…. They did not take the time to clean the tables off after guest so I had to take a baby wipe and antibacterial hand wipes to clean a table for me and my children to sit. The eating area was really filthy. They were under stocked with cups forcing me to pay for larger drinks. The food was horrible forcing to buy food outside of the location after we left instead of letting my children eat there and celebrate my sons birthday. I was very disappointed in dealing with the young teenagers there without them being able to locate the manager, and being they had more than enough staff there but still had long lines. They had very poor customer service skills and were very playful and no attentiveness whatsoever to their guests up front. I gave it 2 stars because my children did say they had despite everything else that was going on. However, This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I really feel like I wasted my money to be honest and we will never return."

a year agoWhile this location has more than your typical sky zone attraction wise it is easily the dirtiest and most understaffed I have ever visited. I usually only saw one to two attendants with many attractions being unmanned. There doesn't appear to be a limit on occupancy either because there were so many kids there that it seemed a bit dangerous. Multiple times I also had to get in to other people's kids for being too rough or not using equipment correctly. The floors do not appear to have been swept or mopped in a long time. The toddler area looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time either. This location is not worth your time or money. I know they make you sign a waiver beforehand but I would be surprised if there weren't some serious injuries that have occurred here. I could see someone seeking damages due to neglect. Sky zone in general have not been the cleanest play areas we have visited but I was grossed out at this one. I will not be returning to this location and maybe not even sky zone in general after this experience. For what I paid it should have been much much better. ** edited to add that the majority of the attendants they do have are teenage boys that don't care to enforce any rules. This place is chaotic. Definitely not safe for preschoolers- elementary.

a year agoAbsolutely loved this place! My whole family including myself and my husband went with our neighbors and their kids. I would recommend adults joining the experience with their kids...you'll be tired, but it is so much fun!! There is so much to do for everyone. We didn't purchase a party package but invited friends and family, even smaller kids attended. The older ones and adults played dodge ball, flipped, basketball, etc. Prices weren't as bad as they seem for the amount of fun everyone had.
