"I bought tickets in advance but the cashier didn't scan it properly so I paid out of pocket again and she couldn’t print a receipt. 2nd issue I encountered at the food station I was over charged I asked for 1 combo and 1 individual item but was charged for 2 combos instead. My fries with the chicken tender combo were over cooked and crispy making it hard for my toddler to eat them. My pizza was served cold in the center when I gave it back they reheated the pizza making it crispier instead of making a fresh pizza. When I asked for a refund they denied it and said they couldn’t…. They did not"

"While this location has more than your typical sky zone attraction wise it is easily the dirtiest and most understaffed I have ever visited. I usually only saw one to two attendants with many attractions being unmanned. There doesn't appear to be a limit on occupancy either because there were so many kids there that it seemed a bit dangerous. Multiple times I also had to get in to other people's kids for being too rough or not using equipment correctly. The floors do not appear to have been swept or mopped in a long time. The toddler area looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time eith"
