"There are plenty of other companies and locations...if you can, go somewhere else. First, this was the third (3rd) visit in a row where they were sold out when we got there. They clearly have plenty of business, so they act accordingly and treat you like they don't need your business. My son had a party to go to for a classmate today, so I made a reservation for my daughter online. When we got to the park, someone checked my daughter in pretty quickly. When I mentioned that I still hadn't paid, everything went off the rails. Apparently, I made the reservation for a two year old by mistake"
