Every visit at SkyZone Brandon I'm really impressed with cleanliness, friendly helpful staff and equipment. We had my daughter's bday party there recently and although it was pricey (we got the best pkg), we had nice size party room, event coordinators were awesome and of course the kids had a blast so it was worth it. Thanks SkyZone!

I am so disappointed about this place, I feel they always trying to take advantage about everything. First is so expensive almost $65 for 1 hour and a half. Second I never signed for any membership and one month later they are charging me for something that I never required, they just told me that I have to sign the waiver that's it. Third my parents took my kids one day and my parents told them that my kids don't need socks because they already have from last time and they still charging them for the socks if my mom didn't check the receipt, she probably will never realize that you SKYZONE is charging for stuff that we don't required. When she knew about this they immediately reimburse them in cash. So BE CAREFUL people with this place and check all the time the receipt because you never know what are they charging to you.

Took my Grandkids was chargedvthe next month for the same amount. Was never asked to purchase a membership but if we pay today that they can come back for the 2 or 3 days left in the month. Didn't. They were already back home in Naples. Bad practice of misleading customers to get money. Kids did have fun but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. They are not responding to me. They stole my money UPDATE: THEY DID REPLACE MY FUNDS. THANK YOU. IF I SHALL GO BACK I WILL ONLY PAY IN CASH.

Took our two kids here for the first time back in January, a month later was surprised to see a charge of $60 come out of our bank from this place . Called and found out we were signed up for a membership that we clearly told the young lady we did not want. She asked a few times during our visit if we wanted the membership and we replied no each time but were apparently signed up anyway. The process to request a refund due to their error for the membership was ridiculous as well…they claim they cannot refund at the location and that you have to send an email to their corporate team (which everyone knows is the start of a runaround). Too much work for something that was their fault and obviously a sneaky/shady practice of the business collecting funds. We ended jump disputing with our bank and will never return to this location again. Although the kids enjoyed themselves, this was very bad business and a for sure way to keep customers from returning.

Great customer service as soon as you walk in. I was helped by the GM, and she is very kind and helpful. The setup is easy and quick. There is a lot to do here for the kids. They love it. The EPIC pass is the best option if your kids love to jump and play! Looking forward to coming back.
