2 months agoBest Skyzone ever! (Opening Day Today) Definitely geared more towards kids vs teens and adults which I love. More to do for kids. The playground area was closed due to waiting for a state inspection but said to be open in the next few days. But the rest was wide open and a lot of fun. Membership fees are low too! Excited for my child to go each day, burn energy, and make friends.

in the last weekManagement seems to be lacking. We were there on a Sunday. It was busy but there appeared to be plenty of staff but no one was doing anything. The one person (by far not enough) “policing” the jump area was more concerned with following the girls around and flirting rather than doing the job. My children are younger and know to stay near the back and be aware of their surroundings. My husband and I were in the jump area with them the whole time. The older kids just run through without concern. Everyone should be able to have fun so I am not trying to say anything against them having a great time too but when you run at full speed and knock a 2 year old down without stopping at all it’s too wild. No staff controlling anything. An older 14+ kid double jumped my 5 year old who now has a sprained ankle. I know the risks of this and if it had happened while he was simply playing that’s one thing. For there to be plenty of people to help regulate things and no one is taking charge of anything and smaller children are getting hurt just doesn’t make sense to me. There is clearly no management directing traffic to ensure the team members are doing their part to keep the place less chaotic. One person was working the food area. God bless her she was trying but all the food was looking over done and burnt. She was working the register and making the food alone until random workers started making their way back there. Still not working but I guess there for morale support. Overall we will be back. The kids do enjoy it. It is new and is nice and clean for the time being. I know now to not go on the weekends where there is no concern for the safety of any of the patrons. I do fear that our visits will become less and less as time goes on because if you can’t direct the staff members to do basic tasks of the job I would assume cleanliness and quality will continue to slip. Shame. It’s so close to the house.

a week agoThis place needs a decent manager. The last couple of weeks the facility has gotten pretty disorganized. They seem to have a lot of staffing issues and new hires constantly. The larger bathroom stall (women's) is missing its entire toilet paper dispenser, with no sign on the door to alert anybody. The food registers are down, so you have to order at the front which is fine when there isn't a giant line. The icee machine is down. The food I ordered today was covered in burnt crumbs so I would say the equipment is not being cleaned. The photo booth in the back does not work. This place literally just opened. It's wild how quickly this place is falling apart. On the plus side of things, the staff is great with the kids and the glow party is what my kid lives for. We'll keep coming but I do hope new management comes in and takes care of things instead of leaving these poor teens to fend for themselves.
