What parents say
"It’s a bit smaller than I imagined but best Santa photo experience, the team was patient and went above and beyond to ensure we got a great Santa picture. The train ride itself wasn’t too great but it does have a very nice photo op right before you go in and as you come out to meet Santa. The rooms can get very crowded and depending on how considerate other guests are it could it either make or break your experience as it will make it nearly impossible to get a good photo so highly recommend going during off peak hours to avoid a crowd."
