"The organization is professional from top down! Initially, we registered my 6-year old son for free play games and promptly received a call from Ramona to explain the difference between games and lessons. We asked to be placed on a waitlist for lessons considering my son had never received training and would not benefit as much from free play. Once a spot became available we received a call and were able to convert the registration for free play to the lessons and simply paid for the difference. Ramona made the process easy and smooth.
