3 years agoA peaceful mid-afternoon walk. The weather was fine. The water a bit too cold for a swim, but I sat and enjoyed the waves. Very rare to have a solo lake experience and I was like a kid. The heat from the sand was welcoming. Best of all....no trash to avoid. The life guards were polite and alert. Can not enter cultural center, but you can golf.

6 months agoThat beach is very clean, and not often crowded. The trail is nice and informational, with fire pits on the lakeside. Great views. The little food place is good too.

a year agoALWAYS a welcome retreat! And I’ve also now been to 2 times this summer where there was also live music at the restaurant next to the nature sanctuary.
