"I visited during the fall in mid-October, and I think it was the best decision because the weather was perfect at 66 degrees and it was sunny. I rode the Skyfari and the Woodland train, and it gives you a better experience of the entire zoo, interacting closely with the deer and seeing all areas from above. I recommend it during that time, since you can walk around without the heat."

"We LOVE Southwick! Clean, reasonably priced, friendly staff, lovely animals. Gary, who operates the new merry-go-round was an absolute delight! Also, the zoo offered a buy one ticket, get a return ticket free before their season really kicked off, and it’s such a wonderful deal! We cannot wait to return. I have a 5 year old and 18 month old and both enjoyed so many of the exhibits and spaces."
