a year agoWe had an amazing birthday party! The staff was incredibly accommodating. 10/10 would recommend! Book more than a month ahead, if you can. Luckily, we did and were able to get one of their last spots of the weekend.

a month agoNice facility but it would have been nice to have a clearer schedule posted on the website as we drove an hour to find out that recreational swimming wasn't until 6pm tonight. I would definitely call ahead next time or the day before to clarify the aquatic center's schedule.

4 months agoI had an incredibly frustrating experience at Splash Island. I made a reservation two months in advance, only to arrive and find out they had completely messed it up. The staff was defensive and argumentative when I brought it to their attention, offering no real solutions. When I asked to speak with the manager, things only got worse. The manager treated me with complete disregard, talking about me as if I wasn’t even standing there. They told me, "You're still getting a party," and even though they admitted they were in the wrong, they shrugged their shoulders and gave me two options: either kick a family out or accept a $75 credit to spend at their location. No apology, no accountability. A child's fifth birthday party is a special event that only happens once, and Splash Island completely compromised that experience for us. No parent should have to go through this, so I highly recommend avoiding this place to ensure the same thing doesn’t happen to you. I will not be returning, and I suggest you look elsewhere for a more professional, customer-focused experience.

3 years agoThis is what you expect out of a water park. The staff is full of teens yet they are professional. They have free life jackets for the little ones. First come, first serve chairs. There's plenty of grass to sit on & trees to sit under. Not sure if they have a bug treatment or not but we went on June 14th & there weren't any bugs bothering us. Plenty of lifeguards walking around & staying alert. The lazy river wasn't as "lazy" as I presumed as the current is a little fast. However you can go around as many times as you like. There is a concession stand that sells Chick-fil-A wraps (until they are gone). Nachos are $3.

2 years agoTheir staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and it’s a very clean facility! The pool water was warm, everything was functioning, and the lifeguards were observant and polite. My son accidentally spilled my drink, and a member of the staff saw it happen and grabbed me a new drink without me even asking! We will be back all summer long!
