"Nice facility but it would have been nice to have a clearer schedule posted on the website as we drove an hour to find out that recreational swimming wasn't until 6pm tonight. I would definitely call ahead next time or the day before to clarify the aquatic center's schedule."

"I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Splash Island. I made a reservation two months in advance, only to arrive and find out they had completely messed it up. The staff was defensive and argumentative when I brought it to their attention, offering no real solutions. When I asked to speak with the manager, things only got worse. The manager treated me with complete disregard, talking about me as if I wasn’t even standing there. They told me, "You're still getting a party," and even though they admitted they were in the wrong, they shrugged their shoulders and gave me two options: either"
