"It's amazing to watch everyone there and how they are advancing in their gymnastics. It's also amazing to watch, while my son participates in, Grit Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Professor Lay has a unique teaching style that makes you want to come back and back again. Professor Lay teaches everyone the same moves and then has everyone practice with everyone else. This means that a first time student gets to try the move they just learned on everyone from white to black belt. The upper belts help the new student get the move perfected."
