Love this complex! Been going here since 2006 with kiddos playing soccer. Parking can be a challenge at times. Plus some people don’t drive the ONE WAY direction that it says, that’s challenging. But overall, this is a great complex for recreational soccer!

Alright recreational league with nice grounds. I'm not sure why they have the rec league play Select teams, but maybe the Select teams pay them to play the beginner kids. Most games were close in skill and scoring, and then you had the complete blow outs from the Select teams. The coaches were great, but the advanced team involvement seemed suspect and the games rules from the referees were inconsistent.

The grounds at Plants Ferry are amazing. The staff at SPVJSA is friendly and helpful. The soccer is top notch and the registration fees are incredibly low. My two sons have grown up playing in this league and their coaches have been fantastic!

My child went to this soccer practice and one of the games all my family came and cheered my son at the game, while I was cheering I noticed the coach was smirking and started talking to the other parents behind my back about me, not to long afterwards the coach came up to me saying I was not allowed to go to the other side of the field even though the other parents were there as well. He publically yelled at me with such disrespect I was just in shock. He literally had a problem with me cheering to loudly and then started yelling saying how I was breaking the rules being on the other side, which I understand but the approach was not appropriate. I talked to the soccer association and they were pretty bias about the situation saying how it wasn't anyone's fault ignoring the fact the coach was disrespectful going against the constitution. When talking to Janessa Zucchetto on the phone I explained to her I wanted to explain the situation better because I felt like I didn't explain the whole picture but she kept brushing it off and that the biggest reasone for the one stare is because this lady didn't show any care about the problem N all the time was interrupting me and try to brush me off

Spokane Valley Junior Soccer is a great organization and has teams all over the city no matter what area you live in. You can be a little disorganized on game days but usually everything comes out fine in the end. As a cheaper alternative to sysa, I would recommend them for your kids. You can also participate as a coach and assistant coach and get a discount for your child's fees.
