"Jason in the bike shop is a real MVP. I had a creak coming from my bottom bracket (or so I thought). I brought it in to Jason at the bike shop and he asked some questions, looked at the bike, and very quickly diagnosed that it was not the bottom bracket but just a not fully tightened rear thru axle. He fixed that and I was on my way, and the whole time he was friendly and non-judgy."
