"Sports basement use to be a great place to shop and rent, but recently their service have been really bad. I rented skies for a week and was given skies with screws off leading to skis getting stuck multiple times. I am lucky I survived 3 days of ski. Pictures attached. When I pointed out to the employee, she started blaming me that it would have come off in the snow or car. I was like these are screws not pins. Another guys stepped in and did nothing to resolve the issue other than flexing his muscles and saying we acknowledge and not gonna do anything about it. At the end lady offered to r"
