Went in today. Saturday and they were seriously understaffed. 2 guys trying to tag team the gun counter with lines of people waiting. 1 check out clerk and 15 people in line. I put my purchase back. Done. You guys can do better.

Awful. They have a way of not respecting a women by herself wanting to make a gun purchase. Manager at gun counter would not even come out from hiding in the back to talk to me and answer questions. They lied about the status of my NICS check and refused to provide me with a number to verify they actually ran the check. (I am a CCW holder) I should have had no issues. The gun I wanted to purchase was on sale. They did not want to honor the sale price, so I think a "delay" was an excuse to not sell me the firearm I wanted. I went to Cabela's immediately afterwards, and had no issues. Walked out with my firearm. I will not be giving this company any more of my money, as I have made purchases here before with no issues. This store needs to remember, consumers choose to give them business and they are not the only option around. But they have lost a customer right here, and I chose to spend my money elsewhere!

Nice store. Very clean. Lots and lots of camping gear and hunting gear. I believe the prices are really high however. I saw a shirt... just a basic shirt for $60. I'm sure it was some fancy brand but I'm not paying $60 for a shirt.

Totally unsatisfactory this place sucks… Time to fire all leadership and create customer service policies that are effective.. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE AT THIS STORE AGAIN! Yous guys SUCK!
