"Worst gun counter I've ever visited. Came in ready to buy another firearm for my collection. A good portion of their inventory is on the back wall where you can hardly even see it while you're waiting your turn. Then an employee stands right where I am looking, of course. Once I was assisted, the employee wrongly assumed I was buying my first and was trying to sell me a 9 mm when I came in looking for a little plinker for the range. "I love you sportsman’s, but I was really annoyed to spend an hour picking up my online order of an AR15 lower receiver. I get that paperwork is involved, but you guys got to get the process down. It shouldn’t take this long. Please, go back to the take a number call a number system in the firearms department, because it’s really disorganized and annoying to have to invest this much time for an item that is already bought and paid for. I recently just picked up a firearm at a gun store and spent literally 10 minutes to complete the same process. I also forgot to mention, I asked for a couple "
