5 months agoDon’t shop here. Incredibly incompetent employees. A $700 bow was sold to me with damages, improperly tuned, and sold with a completely voided warranty due to failure to adhere to manufacturer specifications and guidelines. The strings are damaged, the upper limb is damaged, and I hadn’t had my bow one week and the “d loop” tied by the store broke not once but twice after “giving them a chance to fix it” I’m now left with a $700 purchase I cannot use, nor return or make any warranty claim on. This item is still in stock, sportsman’s will not replace claiming clearance or on sale items are not available for return. EDIT: After numerous emails from sportsman’s asking for a review I’ve submitted poor reviews for the product on more than one occasion, neither review is visible on their site.

5 months agoAfter waiting 10 minutes at an empty gun counter, I attempted to ask a question. I was told I have to take a number and I was like “I just need to know ….”and was cut off and told “to take a number “ and after walking around with my number for 25 minutes I just grabbed an item I didn’t come in for o and left the empty gun counter. The girls upfront were very fast and friendly and asked me if I found everything I needed as I replied. “Hell no”

a year agoVery impressed with this store. This is where you need to be for all your camping, hunting, and outdoorsy activities. The inventory is endless. The clothes are good quality and the prices are very fair. Another good thing about this store is the customer service. They were all very helpful and they didn’t have a attitude, when I ask questions about different items.

4 months agoFirst time here, we dealt with Nick at the gun counter when buying my new gun. Amazing, friendly, asked questions to make sure we were buying the right one for me. Set it up with my new scope. Highly recommend this store and Nick! We appreciate all the help today!!

a week agoVery disappointed with the customer service. Purposely wasted 40 minutes of my time while I waited for a simple background check the attendants kept going back to his office and decided not to help.
