"Don’t shop here. Incredibly incompetent employees. A $700 bow was sold to me with damages, improperly tuned, and sold with a completely voided warranty due to failure to adhere to manufacturer specifications and guidelines. The strings are damaged, the upper limb is damaged, and I hadn’t had my bow one week and the “d loop” tied by the store broke not once but twice after “giving them a chance to fix it” I’m now left with a $700 purchase I cannot use, nor return or make any warranty claim on. This item is still in stock, sportsman’s will not replace claiming clearance or on sale items are not "

"After waiting 10 minutes at an empty gun counter, I attempted to ask a question. I was told I have to take a number and I was like “I just need to know ….”and was cut off and told “to take a number “ and after walking around with my number for 25 minutes I just grabbed an item I didn’t come in for o and left the empty gun counter. The girls upfront were very fast and friendly and asked me if I found everything I needed as I replied. “Hell no”"

"Very impressed with this store. This is where you need to be for all your camping, hunting, and outdoorsy activities. The inventory is endless. The clothes are good quality and the prices are very fair. Another good thing about this store is the customer service. They were all very helpful and they didn’t have a attitude, when I ask questions about different items."
