"Unable to get boots for my dogs frozen paws on the winter ice simply because I refuse to let the store employees take my purse. I am disabled and have to travel with controlled medications and said medications are inside of that purse. Not sure if it is because it is a lack shaped, but it is a lounged purse about 8 inches tall and I stated numerous times that it is my purse with my pain medication inside. What a terrible policy for customers. I am the one that suffers and gets kicked out of my pain clinic if the pills go missing not you. They just letting that it is policy despite me saying I "
