a year agoEasy trail that leads to the bike path. Has been a bit overgrown recently and is much less natural and secluded since the housing development was put in. But a nice quick trail if you want to stretch the legs.

4 years agoOff of the bike path or behind the expensive new condos. Was much better before the fertilizer run off, spillage thru pipes, and foreign grasses. Obviously greed for condos has ruined this place. Even the entrance from the parkway is destroying the grounds. Their grooved areas dredge straight into the water at the pond above as well as below. You can see the grating with rocks all washed away. Plastic now litters the upper pond and gone are the fish, frogs, and turtles. This means little to no bats for summer sunsets. *Photos included from January 2021

5 years agoUsed to be beautiful with lots of woods & homes for wildlife. But per usual people with big bucks discovered it and decided to make it thier own. Now, no more deer, foxes, raccoons, ect. A squirrel would be lucky to find an old oak to nest. Ditto the hawks, although they have an easier time of it than thier four footed brethren. I hate even driving down the parkway anymore. I'd much rather see wildlife habitation than human!
