a year agoThey have poor customer service. I called ahead of time to notify my kid wants to renew the next session. They did not take the payment and did not notify me either. After talking to rep and the manager confirmed that she will be added on waiting list. Called to follow up in a week: still waiting on list. Called again my daughter is no longer on waiting list. They don’t keep notes and communicates to the parents. I had an awful experience 😙

6 years agoAs soon as I walked into this facility there was a strong foul odor. I understand that this a gym and yes there will be odors....but the place smelled like mold, mildew etc. The smell was so overwhelming that I had to go sit in my car and I was unable to watch my daughter.

6 years agoFirst impressions mean a lot, and I did not feel welcomed. Loud whispers are easily heard. Next time just close the door (Kathy the Receptionist and Deborah Kraft the Director).

9 years agoMy daughter has been attending girls gymnastic since age 2 and is now ready for advance. The coaches are professional and have made lasting relationships with her.
