I love this place. I went for a family event once and then later hosted my kids bday party there. The host was amazing and the kids had a great time also.

this was a horrible experience, we got into the building and we waited at the counter for at least 20 minutes before someone actually checked us in for bowling. when we got to our lane, we didn’t even get to play a whole round before the bowling balls stopped coming back to us, so we pressed the call button and it took them 30 minutes to actually fix it, and we had only paid for an hour of bowling, so half of it was wasted by them “fixing” it. at that point i went up to the counter and kindly asked if there’s any compensation we could receive since we only got to play half of the time we paid for, the lady was very rude and said she can not refund us and the “best she could do” is give us 10 extra minutes. then onto the food, we ordered food about 10 minutes after we got there, and the food didn’t arrive until we were almost up on time, so it took about 45-50 minutes for them do get us an order of mozzarella sticks and a kids pizza, like come on. this place was honestly terrible, i do not recommend coming here, especially if you have small children who can’t sit still for long.

The price for one hour is $11 and is really fun we had to wait 30 minutes and meanwhile we got a drink, there are different options we got 4 draft beers $36. We ordered a pizza because we wanted to live the experience with the robot waitress and was awesome I mean the pizza is good if you are hungry but is not the best pizza $16 to the end we went to bumper cars and is important mention that if you are a big group no everyone needs to buy a card with one is enough because the guy who attended there doesn’t explain very well so without card one turn $6

Absolutely appalled by the way we were treated here. A group of us—college students—came in asking for a legitimate tax exemption (we’ve used it at other businesses without issue), but the general manager clearly didn’t understand what it was. Instead of calmly asking questions or believing us when we verified everything, he got aggressive, accused us of fraud, and actually called the police on us. Over tax exemption. It was embarrassing, completely unnecessary, and honestly a ridiculous overreaction. We were respectful and patient, but he treated us like trespassers over a basic misunderstanding that could’ve been cleared up in minutes. Definitely not a place that values customer service or common sense. Never coming back—and neither should you if you expect to be treated with any level of decency.

Honestly I don't know where to start. We paid $112 for 2 hours of the spark vip. Once we got to the desk to check in, we were half greeted by 3 employees talking to each other not to us. They really had no idea what they were doing. They sent us to our lane and the spark experience wasn't working so they moved us 3 times before finally calling somebody to look into it. We wasted over 30 minutes before moving to a 4th lane. We spent another $70 on food that wasn't even edible. By the time we started to get into our game, we were interrupted by little kids running right in front of us over and over again, with no adult supervision. With over an hour left in our time that we paid for somebody came in and turned off all of the lights in the room, we were bowling in. This experience is one that we will not forget and one we will never have again. We left with one hour that we paid for still left. What a waste of money. I wish I could give zero stars. We were never offered any type of compensation, but that's okay because we will never return.
