9 months agoTerrible experience. Very disorganized, lacks supervision. All of the kids aged 5-12ish just freely run around and interact with minimal staff interaction or supervision. After a very upsetting incident involving our 5 year old and a 10 year old that could have easily been avoided with proper supervision, the director (Jon) said they “can’t watch all of the kids all of the time.” The regional director was cold and lacked empathy or caring for the situation, did not resolve the problem or take any action, and only wanted to protect the company. We couldn’t remove our kids from this camp fast enough. Beware! Edit: Their response below exemplifies what I’m talking about.

2 years agoSteve & Kate Camp in Denver is the absolute best. My son is a bit shy and and new places can feel overwhelming - and they had him at hello! He asks each summer only to go to S&K and gets so excited for the 1st day. Counselors are amazing, seem to return year after year and the Denver camp Director Maddisen is great. Baking, sewing, media lab...all of it is new and different. We love the auction at the end of the summer too!
