Stutelage Innovations

My daughters have had great experiences at Stutelage! They love the Taylor Swift themed special events as well as the specialized theme camps available during school and summer breaks. As a working parent, I love the flexibility and options to do half day or full day camps and the ability to sign up for only the days I need. It’s also easy to get my children excited for a day at Stutelage because the camps have varying themes that can fit with any child’s likes :) . I would highly recommend!

We had my daughter's 6th birthday at Stutelage on Transit last weekend. I will say that communication with the owner/party planner leading up to the event was great. I had never been in the building before, but had heard good things, the website was legit, and I figured this is a nice place in East Amherst and was not cheap, so I am sure its nice inside like Rolly Pollies, the Y, or something like that. When we first stepped inside, my husband and I were surprised at how dingy the facility was. It is an older house, which is fine, but it was downright dirty and so beat up. The wooden floors and baseboards were super scratched up and in need of repair. One of the girls walked into the radiator on the baseboard and it like fell off and she tripped over it. The carpet in the sitting area was visibly dirty with an old couch. The walls were scratched and chipped. Part of my daughter's birthday activities were on the basement floor, and the basement was dirty so I was embarrassed that we had guests there and kids crawling around on it. There were cobwebs in the corners and the floor was visibly dirty. We had our toddler son with us, and I figured he could hang out there with us during the party, but my mom had to hold him the whole time because there was no way we were putting him on the floor there. I have apologized to the parents of my daughter's friends, and they were surprised at how bad the interior was as well. The good news is the teachers who ran the party were great, and the kids had fun. I did complain to the owner, who was responsive and apologized, but stated that the place had been cleaned the day prior, but there were a couple of parties held there before ours since it had been cleaned. Besides, this place needs much more than a dust/vacuum. It needs some major TLC. Had I seen the inside before, I would not have booked the party there. I looked at reviews before booking, and I am not sure how no one has mentioned this, so I wanted to let others know before booking. **Updated to state that the owner reached back out to me and did offer me a partial refund for the party not meeting my expectations, and I do very much appreciate the gesture. She has graciously accepted my feedback. She also noted that she spoke with her cleaning company to ensure that the space would be in better shape for future parties.

I couldn't possibly recommend Stutelage Innovations more! We held my son's 4th birthday party here and it was an amazing experience from the very first outreach for information all the way through the party. Communication was outstanding, all of the activities were completely customized for our party theme, the building was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking for guests, and the staff during the party were wonderful! In an area with a dozen or more venues to host your child's birthday party, it can be hard to pick the right spot. I can say with full confidence that we picked the perfect venue and are already looking ahead to next year and planning on Stutelage Innovations again!

Memories to last a lifetime were made! An amazing space to rent for a larger party! Fully equipped with all of the necessities including, but not limited to tables, chairs, a comfy couch, a fridge, and a bathroom! Very reasonably priced and helpful owner! Highly recommend!

I booked a 5 year old birthday party here based on reviews I read and I'm so glad I did! Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and attentive, going as far as to make sure no one had any food allergies. The communication was exceptional! The kids had a blast playing games, doing crafts, and having ice cream sundaes. It was an intimate place where the girls actually saw each other and played together unlike some of the bigger, open to the public venues where everyone runs around and does their own thing. The party planner took my unicorn theme and ran with it, figuring out the games and crafts for me. If you are considering booking a party here, do it! My daughter absolutely loved her party and still talks about it, what more could you ask for!
