"Horrible customer service. Reached out in mid January to book for an event in May 2023. Coordinator Taylor responded with one date available, of course I was interested in booking. I have yet to hear back if I can book the date. I even drove to the office Jan 30th and spoke with the male receptionist just to be told I have to wait for her to email. He took my name and number down and my mother in law has reached out numerous times and still no response."

"Never heard back from Taylor Childs, event coordinator for Table Mountain Ranchería venue. Reached out in early/mid Jan. She responded with date available and when I responded same day, to book I never heard back. I even took time to drive down theee on January 30th and left my info with the receptionist, to this day nothing. (February 9th). I emailed her to let her know I was no longer interested and I got an automated message saying she will be out office from Feb 7th until Feb 12th. It would’ve been nice to know the date was no longer available instead of putting a delay in my party plannin"
