"Online return process isn't good. First I had to pay for return shipping. That's $20. Then I had to call 6 days after return was received to get return processed. I was charged another 15 dollars less then original amount paid. I'm total I'm out $35 for a $120 item. This is why places like Amazon will take over the world. Edit on 9/23/24 as you can see by the response my review is true and accurate. My kayak serial number was not wrong according to the explanation I received when I called. I agreed to a exchange for the one they said I needed. But was denied exchange and was told a return and "
