"Gorgeous attraction in downtown Cleveland. It’s sad that it’s not more lively. There were several young people taking pictures for their social media but that’s about all that was happening the last time we were there. There was one restaurant ar the end that was busy. It seemed like it’s turning more into medical etc offices than shops."

"Must-visit spot in downtown Cleveland. It is one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve ever been in - especially at Christmastime! However, there really isn’t much to do here. It seems that most stores are closed permanently. Take a few pictures, maybe grab a coffee, but that’s about it unless you are staying at the Hyatt Regency within the building."
