This place literally a big museum, it’s beautiful looking around. Have a nice structure and to fancy inside. There are some restaurants but before you go check the time

Gorgeous attraction in downtown Cleveland. It’s sad that it’s not more lively. There were several young people taking pictures for their social media but that’s about all that was happening the last time we were there. There was one restaurant ar the end that was busy. It seemed like it’s turning more into medical etc offices than shops.

Must-visit spot in downtown Cleveland. It is one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve ever been in - especially at Christmastime! However, there really isn’t much to do here. It seems that most stores are closed permanently. Take a few pictures, maybe grab a coffee, but that’s about it unless you are staying at the Hyatt Regency within the building.

Beautiful building inside. Loved the decor for Christmas and that it comes with a haunted history. It's definitely a must-see during the holidays. You can also stay here if you book with Hyatt as well as tour it if you enjoy ghost tours.

Currently nearly empty but beautiful inside, i hope they succeed in revitalizing the shops. Parking deck almost next door has reasonable (for Cleveland) rate 25$ upfront at 8 am that lasted until 11 pm. Rising star coffee sold me the best latte ive ever had.
