6 months agoI’ve enrolled in the Cave’s Parent & Me toddler classes for both of my daughters over the past few years, each time hopeful for a fun and engaging experience. Unfortunately, both times left me disappointed. The instructor sat in the corner during every session and provided no instruction or meaningful interaction, beyond setting up an obstacle course at the beginning of class. There was a noticeable lack of energy, engagement, or guidance, which made the class feel underwhelming and not worth the cost. I do see how the programs for older children seem more structured and enjoyable, but at the toddler level, this class didn’t meet expectations. I really hope the program finds an instructor who’s passionate about working with toddlers and can bring some energy, creativity, and FUN into these sessions. With the right leader, this class has the potential to be a wonderful experience for both kids and parents!

7 months agoWe have been coming for about 3 months. Sean is great and engaging as a main teacher. However, often times it is just play based and the teachers arnt bringing the necessary energy to help the little ones build skill. It seems like this place is fine for an hour of your child moving around a bit but not really learning anything or increasing skill level. I would highly recommend getting instructors who have energy and want to be teaching the kids different moves rather than just walking around and monitoring primarily

a year agoMy daughter has been attending cave classes for 2 years now, and recently had her 5th birthday party there as well. I highly recommend both! The staff is courteous to the parents, makes the experience fun for the kids, and seems to have a great grasp on varying energy levels and personalities. As a mom or 2 and a 3rd due in the next few weeks, I was so relieved to be able to be hands off during the recent party and everyone had a GREAT time.

a year agoFor the second time, I have attended several sessions of adult gymnastics classes while in town visiting family. I cannot say enough how much I love The Cave. Coaches Roger, Sean, and Russ are all extremely knowledgeable and professional. They give everyone the opportunity to work on whatever skills they want, spotting and looking out for the safety of all. They give enough time to strength, stretching, and basic skills, which is not always the case in adult classes. I wish I was in town more often so I could come to the adult classes at The Cave! Thank you, Coaches!

3 years agoHave been going here for several years for adult gymnastics and recommend it highly! Coaches Roger and Russ are both extremely knowledgeable and experienced at working with all skill levels, and the class is one of the few that really guides adults through skill development rather than just being an open gym for former competitive gymnasts. On top of that, the gym has a very positive atmosphere--everyone is encouraged to get better and challenge themselves, no one is made to feel bad about where they're starting from or pushed to do anything unsafe, coaches pay attention to every individual and how to help them. If you have always wanted to learn gymnastics, or want to relearn skills you had before, this is a great place to go.
