5 years agoA total local theatre that doesn't break the bankbook. All matinee shows before 4pm costs $5.25 for all ages. Shows after 4pm costs $7.25 for seniors (55 and older), $7.25 for 3-12 and $9.25 for 13-54. They have a half price Tuesday. Any show before 4pm is only $2.75. Wow! What a steal!! All the snacks in Tuesdays are 1/2 price too!! You can't go wrong!! On Tuesday, shows after 4pm is cheaper too!! It costs $3.50 for ages 3-12 and 55+. Otherwise, it costs $4.50 for 13-54. Of course, this rate doesn't apply when they have special performances or shows. They recently installed a new flavored water machine and are selling t-shirt of the theatre for $25. Come and support the local theatre!!

a year agoI really like the community feel of this theater. When we went to watch a movie, there was a long line of patrons waiting to get their tickets and concessions. The workers asked the audience if they were okay with waiting for the line to clear and it was pretty much unanimous that it was okay. The wait was longer than expected, but they asked the line if it was okay to start and that they would miss a few minutes. Everyone was okay with that. You do not get that kind of experience anywhere else. Edit: Apparently there is a "secret" movie club that is $1 a month. You'll have the ability to purchase seats for classic movies that get played every Wednesday. You can find the info on their website.

3 years agoThe theater has change a lot since it was bought. I watched the Black Widow for $5 dollars it was a special occasion. The sodas are weird, not a national brand. Also now they sell beer. I'm kind of neutral I don't know if I like it or not. The website says to buy the tickets online and they charge $1 fee for each ticket. However, you can avoid this fee by buying it at the concession.

5 years agoWe had a movie birthday party for our daughter who turned 5 this past weekend and the service from staff, as well as coordinating with the manager, Josh prior to the event was FANTASTIC! Josh was polite, helpful, responsive and efficient. He offered suggestions and made him accessible in the event that I had questions and/or needed assistance leading up the party the day of. The Sunday staff was FANTASTIC! They were nice, polite, patient and helpful which went a long way in our book. Working with little one’s early in the morning can often be taxing but everyone was so pleasant and gracious and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision to host the movie birthday party at your theater. They even wished her a Happy Birthday and put her name on the marquee which made the experience all that more special for her. She was overjoyed to be able to watch Frozen II with all of her friends for her birthday and hasn’t stopped talking about how much fun she had. Her parents and guests haven’t stopped raving about how great the theater and staff were during the visit. We highly recommend!

9 months agoGreat local theater. Prices are very reasonable. It's an old building, but still a great place to watch a new release for a reasonable price. They also have lots of other events and classic movie showings.
