They’re so helpful and nice here! If you can’t get the plushie, they’ll happily reposition it for you to make it easier to grab. You can also exchange the plushies for bigger plushies!

This time I went there weren't as many good prizes/plushies that I liked. But it wasn't as crowded as before and I still played and won 2 plushies so decent overall. I came here last time when they had the giant Eevee mascot that came to take pictures with customers but they didn't have that today.

We had a great time for my kids birthday. Staff was helpful with tips. They were always readjusting the plushies to give everyone an easier shot and we're willing to trade for a different plush in the same machine. Would definitely go again.

I loved this claw machine place! We just came from a really bad one that we got basically nothing from. My family traded 10 plushies for two really cute ones that we liked. 10/10 would eat the plushies again. Also customer service and the workers were very nice. They rearranged claw machines even if you don’t ask. I recommend this place! :3

This is the only claw location that remove rubber grippers from their claws machine. They’ll remove 2 of the 3 grippers making it difficult to win. You’ll be lucky to get 6 plushies out of 65 attempts. Look at other options, they’re plenty of other locations with better chances of winning.
