The Flow Space Movement Center

My son has been coming here for over a year. He LOVES it. The coaches are phenomenal. They are patient with the challenging kids (mine), and are able to adapt some skills for kids with disabilities (also mine). I almost cried when the coach asked me how he could accommodate my son's challenges. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Incredible gym run by incredible people! Super helpful, friendly and kind. I highly recommend for people of all ages and skill levels! Coach Mike in particular was very helpful in teaching me how to backflip but all the staff was very nice! They know exactly how to work you up to fun and exciting challenges you wouldn’t think you could have done!

Found out about The Flow Space when attending a birthday party. My 8yo son really enjoyed the camps over the summer & it helped get out all that energy. He'd come out sweaty and worn out from a super fun day. My 6yo, just had a party here. Coach Nick and Coach Nemo did a fantastic job and the kiddos had a blast. I highly recommend this place, your kiddos will love it here!!

We have been members of this gym for many years. My kids have grown so much and in so many ways that I cannot truly express it properly. They have gotten so confident in how they play, move around, etc. This confidence has carried into their schoolwork and scouting activities. They have the confidence to be leaders since have faced so many challenges that they have overcome. I want to add that the amount of focus on safety that the coaches have really means a lot. My kids have learned how to do some amazingly terrifying things in extremely safe ways.

My son has had an absolute blast with his parkour classes! Watching his confidence grow has been great for us as well. Nothing but good things to say!
