a week agoA must to visit for curious minds! The planetarium, the amazing machines, collection gallery, sport zone, body works, Lego section (kids can build structures there) and lot more. Unfortunately, because of time limitations we could explore just a few of the sections but worth to explore more. Don’t miss “The World Beyond Earth” session. Please dedicate at least 3-4 hours so that one gets enough tome to explore it consciously.

in the last weekThe Franklin Institute is one of the most engaging science museums I’ve ever visited! Every exhibit is hands-on and interactive — perfect for both kids and adults. From walking through a giant human heart to exploring space, electricity, and virtual reality, there’s something exciting at every corner. The planetarium and flight simulator were standout highlights for me. The museum does a fantastic job of blending education with entertainment. Plan to spend at least 3–4 hours here. Great for families, solo travelers, and anyone curious about how the world works!

a month agoSuch a wonderful time!! I have a fascination with the human body.. words can’t begin to describe the incredible processes that go on inside; from the brain to our immune system, integumentary system, cardiovascular system.. I could go on & on!! The Franklin Institute makes it all make sense in the funnest way possible!! There’s so much to see!! We’re planning another trip since we didn’t get a chance to experience all the different exhibits! I brought my 9 year old & she absolutely loved it! To see that spark of wonder.. to watch her face light up in amazement.. nothing compares!! We bought ticket in advance, & parked in the parking garage. Tickets were reasonable, parking was a bit expensive but worth it!!

2 weeks agoTook a spontaneous trip to Philly with my kid and went to see The Franklin Institute at the recommendation of a friend. My child had a wonderful time exploring and engaging the different exhibits. Definitely a place that nurtures learning and stimulates the scientific mind. We were able to enjoy quality time together which was a much needed break from our digital devices. Planetarium and immersive movie experience were memorable. May not be able to see everything in a single day but I wish to go back soon to see what new exhibits are in store.

2 weeks agoBody World Exhibit – Fascinating, Eye-Opening, and Totally Worth It If you’ve never been to the Body World exhibit, let me just say go. Especially if you’re a medical student, a curious mind, or a parent trying to show your kids just how incredible (and complex) the human body really is. 🧠 From the muscles and nerves to the organs and bones, the way everything is displayed makes it easier to understand all the moving parts that keep us going. It’s one thing to read about anatomy it’s another to see it right in front of you in 3D form. What really hit home? The smoker’s lungs. You could literally see the difference between healthy and damaged lungs, and you could tell it made an impact—especially on families. I overheard a few parents use it as a teaching moment, even saying, “Yep, that’s why we don’t smoke.” Powerful stuff. And as always, I absolutely love the Franklin Institute. It never disappoints, and this exhibit is just another reason I’ll be coming back for more. Highly recommend. Whether it’s for learning, reflecting, or just pure awe Body World delivers.
