"I absolutely love the adult class. Started January of 2023 with no experience and I'm already doing flips. Megs and Sydney are excellent coaches. They give excellent advice on improving form and skills. I also really like the structured format of the class. It's not just free time in the gym we have specific skills the coaches have us work on."
